A company is looking for an HR Compliance & Risk PM.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage HR content related to external staffing operations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Draft, edit, and distribute bi-monthly bulletins for sponsors and maintain communication logs
• Support sponsor training initiatives and monitor compliance with training and engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
• Experience in HR compliance and risk management
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
• Proficiency in content management and documentation practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with audit processes and compliance monitoring
