[Remote] Brand and Growth Marketing Leader (Tundra Technical Solutions & Tundra Managed Solutions)

They are seeking a visionary marketing leader to elevate both Tundra Technical Solutions and Tundra Managed Solutions through strategic brand leadership, digital visibility, and compelling narratives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for B2B and B2C audiences that strengthens awareness and differentiation for both Tundra Technical Solutions and Tundra Managed Solutions.
• Shape and protect brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent voice, visuals, and positioning globally.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and top technical talent.
• Lead digital brand growth through innovative use of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, leveraging analytics to optimize engagement and conversion with bold content thinking.
• Design paid and organic social strategies that elevate visibility of leadership, partnerships, and customer success stories.
• Oversee and manage content pipelines with an omnichannel approach, using blogs, email marketing, video, and social media showcasing innovation and thought leadership across engineering, digital, and AI domains.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to produce case studies, whitepapers, and presentations that articulate client value and proof of performance.
• Build scalable content frameworks and digital asset libraries to support RFPs, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with leadership on client-facing and investor-facing messaging that reinforces commercial credibility.
• Drive creative campaigns that break away from traditional staffing industry marketing norms.
• Position Tundra and TMS as thought leaders in emerging areas—AI workforce strategy, digital transformation, and direct sourcing innovation.
• Introduce data-driven marketing practices and automation tools to continuously improve reach, performance, and ROI.
• Own and maintain internal and externally facing products/applications, including brand websites, portals, and CRM platforms.
Skills
• 7-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in professional services, technology, SaaS, or high-growth B2B environments.
• Proven success managing multi-brand portfolios and global campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social and digital media ecosystems, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube, with demonstrated audience growth results.
• Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills; the ability to distill technical and complex offerings into compelling narratives.
• Experience leading global market expansion, nurturing audiences across North America, Europe, and APAC regions.
• Strong partnership skills—able to work seamlessly with Sales, Delivery, and Executive teams.
• Experience leading creative direction, agency relationships, and digital performance tracking.
• Hands-on experience building sales and marketing collateral in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA or Master’s an asset).
