By providing perspective, data and insights across the development spectrum, we complement client teams in generating long term value.Our Regulatory & Clinical Consulting Services team in US is looking for a Lead Consultant Sales Manager.This position can be performed near any US Clarivate office or fully remoteAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments…Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 10 years relevant experience with a focus in regulatory intelligence and strategy, quality assurance, Pharmacovigilance or clinical strategyIt would be great if you also have...Pharma and Life ScienceR&D Consulting (any of the highlighted experience areas)What will you be doing in this role?Implement and lead professional services sales planning, focusing on customer retention and new business growth strategies to grow long term revenue. Manage diverse, high-value customer deals and negotiate complex professional service contracts. Build and sustain a large network of customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery. Pursue and lead new business opportunities and markets, driving market expansion and long-term revenue growth. Analyze sales metrics, trends, and KPI’s, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to leadership. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence. Conduct in-depth business reviews and provide recommendations to customers while continuously expanding industry knowledge to stay updated on trends and best practices.  Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales planning and projects to ensure alignment to business objectives and successful service delivery. About the team:We are an experienced team of consultants based in EU, US and APAC who are focused on developing strategic technology enabled customized regulatory and clinical solutions .
