Bilingual HR Coordinator - Compliance
Job Description:
• As our Bilingual HR & Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing onboarding processes, researching and organizing compliance requirements by state, and supporting our Spanish-speaking contractors.
• You’ll work directly with our operations and finance team to maintain smooth workflows and ensure every hire meets legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or compliance (U.S. experience preferred)
• Familiarity with U.S. employment classifications, onboarding processes, and labor law basics
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, Airtable (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones and handling sensitive documentation
