About the position A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Financial Analyst. Position Type: Full time Contract. Duration: 06 Months. Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite). As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and auditing payroll data to ensure accurate compensation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors. The Payroll/Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing, processing, and auditing payroll data to ensure accurate compensation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Very strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V lookups) are required, along with experience working in large data sets for large entities. Overall Summary: Fully proficient support individual contributor. Position will be partially remote, but will need to be able to support on-site functions weekly as assigned (1-2 days a week). Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
