Market Development Manager, Influencer Marketing
About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective outreach strategies: Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to engage with prospects and build interest.
• Identify and qualify leads: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, gather key information about prospects, and accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Present value propositions: Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls: Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers within the mid-market and SMB segments.
• Schedule and qualify meetings: Schedule and qualify meetings between prospective customers and the sales team.
• Track and report on performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Continuously improve: Analyze call recordings and performance data to identify areas for improvement and refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related work experience.
• 2 + years of experience in a fast-paced sales development role.
• 2 + years of experience in creator and influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to effectively cold call and build rapport with potential customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or other sales enablement tools.
• Excellent listening and active listening skills.
