Paralegal Needed for Legal Research and IP Work in China
We are seeking a skilled paralegal based in China to assist with legal research and intellectual property (IP) work from time to time on a ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Chinese legal processes and the ability to conduct thorough research in Chinese. Responsibilities will include gathering relevant legal documents, summarizing local Chinese case laws, doing due diligence checks on companies and individuals in China, analyzing IP cases, and providing support for ongoing legal matters that concern intellectual property.
