HR Learning and Development Specialist
About the position
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable talent and organizational development programs, covering areas such as leadership development, new supervisor training, employee engagement, performance management, well-being, and other relevant topics.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to create an exceptional employee experience for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide learning experiences, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to foster practical knowledge and skill development.
• Develop and distribute comprehensive learning resources, including online courses, facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids.
• Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and needs assessments, using data analysis to inform and support solutions.
• Provide coaching to managers and team members on leadership, team effectiveness, motivation, giving and receiving healthy feedback, and more.
• Maintain a library of readily available resources on various topics and collaborate with leaders to meet team member development needs.
• Research, analyze, and incorporate innovative trends in digital learning technologies, best practices, instructional design, and pedagogical methods.
• Contribute to the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports, to support ongoing company initiatives.
Requirements
• Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience leveraging MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, to present information and influence leadership
• Superior knowledge of HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems, as needed.
