The role involves effective communication with various stakeholders and managing enterprise labor spend to meet financial objectives. Responsibilities • Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing the automated labor scheduling software utilized by operations, field and store management, effectively manage and plan enterprise labor spend to achieve company financial objectives. • Must be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills. • Communication should be consistently constructive and professional. • At least 2 – 4 + years additional experience in retail operations environment. • Should have intermediate knowledge and abilities with Blue Yonder WFM system, Google Suite and Microsoft Word. • Advanced knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Excel. • Proficiency in report writing technologies.
