About the Role
Our client, a reputable and growing personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal Litigation Manager to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment while handling litigation matters across Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex litigation cases from inception through resolution. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency across the firm’s litigation caseload while supervising a small team and providing direct support to attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active litigation cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and documents are properly filed.
• Oversee and supervise two staff members, offering training, mentorship, and workflow coordination.
• Assist two attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Maintain consistent client communication and handle case updates efficiently.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures, particularly in Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.
• Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably within personal injury law.

• Proficiency in legal technology platforms and document management systems.
