Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Chem Senior Patent Prosecution Attorney/Agent (Of Counsel)
Loza & Loza LLP, a nationally-ranked, intellectual property law firm, is seeking a Senior Patent Attorney with 10+ years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or medicine, with knowledge of the drug discovery and development processes. Experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry required. USPTO registration and at least one state bar license preferred, but strongly qualified patent agents will be considered. This is an “as needed” Of Counsel position where telecommuting and flexible hours are available. We will consider qualified candidates in any part of the U.S.
