Job Title: Performance Tester with WMS, Retail-POS, and SAP
Location: Remote in the United States (US)
Duration: Long-term Contract
We require candidates on our W2 only

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works with business stakeholders to understand business requirement and needs.
• Participates in SDLC activities, such as design sessions and prototype review meetings.
• Review / Approve test plans, test cases and test scripts. Holds review sessions with the team and stakeholders.
• Provides test effort estimates.
• Help team with test data, executes tests and reports on test results as per the test plans.
• Works with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provides technical leadership, mentors other team members, and leads projects.
• Supervises and directs work of individuals within the team.
• Liaison with business users and other IT teams.
• Participates and makes recommendations on the direction of Performance team.
• May perform other duties as assigned *
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of Load Testing Experience, including Performance, Stress, Endurance, and HA Failover testing experience within a software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Managing multiple project efforts to completion.
Preferred experience in the following areas:
• Retail, POS, and WMS applications testing experience
• ERP solutions such as SAP
• SaaS application testing
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems:
• Superior skills with a high level of proficiency in extracting requirements, planning test strategy, writing test cases, and test execution.
• Program methodologies and scripting
• Comprehensive knowledge and skills with load testing software such as Load Runner. Preferably, Akamai Cloud Test.
• Superior understanding of relational databases & SQL.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
• Infrastructure knowledge such as networks, Firewalls, application servers, and Databases.
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
• Superior critical thinking skills with the ability to move beyond proven problem-solving approaches to formulate solutions.
