Pinterest VA / Canva Pro

Hey there! I run a Pinterest marketing business offering Done-For-You services and Pinterest education, and I’m currently looking for an exceptional designer to help me create stunning, high-converting Pinterest pins using Canva. This role includes: + Designing Pinterest pins (both static and idea pins) based on client briefs + Creating editable Canva templates clients can use + Designing ready-to-go pins across various niches (everything from wellness to biz coaching) Here’s the deal: I’ve worked with people in the past who delivered beautiful samples… only to get lazy (or secretly outsource) a few weeks in. Not cute. I’m looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality, consistency, and doing a job well. If you're just here to churn out low-effort designs after week three, this isn’t the gig for you. This is a part-time, flexible role (likely a few hours per week to start) with the potential to grow. I’d love to find someone reliable and proactive I can work with long-term as the business continues to expand. I'm also looking for someone who could start ASAP. What I'm looking for: + Someone who understands Pinterest (what works visually, what drives clicks, what gets saves) + Canva wizardry - you should know your way around design, layout, and brand vibes + An eye for clean, on-brand, click-worthy design + Able to create high-quality work quickly - this isn’t the kind of role where one pin should take an hour. Efficiency matters just as much as aesthetics + A good communicator who is responsive and open to feedback + IMPORTANT: Availability for occasional quick-turnaround requests (though I do try to plan ahead) I work with amazing clients across all kinds of niches - no two days are the same, and there’s a lot of creative freedom within the briefs I’ll give you (usually I'll give you a few inspo pins and client info/vibes).
