Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of home service businesses, providing expert guidance as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding
Remove technical barriers, streamline digital payments, and guide Service Providers through onboarding processes
Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
Create strategies to ensure Service Providers (SPs) feel fully supported and understand available features
Recommend and implement tailored solutions to drive business growth within the first 90 days
Leverage scalable tactics to fuel customer growth on the Jobber platform
Requirements
Strong communication skills to actively listen to users' needs and drive the value of features, workflows, and Jobber usage
Patient and reliable, especially when things do not go as expected
Performance driven with an achievement mindset, bias for action, and eagerness to take initiative
Customer driven, focused on building strong relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions
Product expertise to set customers up for success from day one
Expertise in stakeholder management and navigating intricate relationships
Ability to consult on Jobber features and integrations
