As a hybrid SaaS + ecosystem model, ISSINE connects tire buyers, garages, installers, wholesalers, fleets, distributors, and logistics operators. Our objective is to create a unified network where local garages become empowered, technology-driven service hubs with increased visibility, customer flow, and operational efficiency. ISSINE does not replace the players—it elevates them. We work with garage owners, tire shops, retailers, wholesalers, and strategic partners to help them grow, digitalize, and reach more customers. The Role Managing Partner – ISSINE eTire Shops (Strategic Expansion & Partner Development) This role is at the core of ISSINE’s growth strategy. As Managing Partner, you act as the regional engine that drives business expansion, partner recruitment, franchisee support, and revenue generation. You are a business builder, ecosystem connector, and on-the-ground strategist. This is not a franchisee position. This is the leadership role that helps ISSINE grow the franchise network, partner relationships, and commercial traction. You will implement expansion strategies for: · Franchisee Partners · Retailers & Wholesalers · Installers & Garages · Fleet Operators · Strategic Sponsors & Partners You lead the recruitment, onboarding, activation, and long-term support of these operators, ensuring each one succeeds and stays aligned to ISSINE’s standards. What You’ll Do 1. Implement ISSINE Market Expansion Strategy · Deploy the ISSINE growth model across your region. · Identify high-potential franchise operators and onboard them. · Recruit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and partners. · Establish local business support pipelines for franchisees. · Build operational momentum and ensure market activation. 2. Recruit and Support Franchisees & Partners · Recruit qualified franchise candidates for the ISSINE model. · Support franchisees with local marketing, operations, and customer acquisition strategies. · Ensure franchisees understand platform features, benefits, and revenue streams. · Provide ongoing support for sales, CRM, and lead conversion. · Assist operators in achieving subscription targets and service delivery standards. 3. Recruit Vendors, Retailers & Wholesalers · Build a strong vendor network across tire brands, shops, and wholesale distributors. · Secure local supply partnerships to support ISSINE operators. · Facilitate agreements, onboarding, and long-term vendor relationships. 4. Drive Marketing, Consulting, Sales & CRM Execution You will not replace the franchisees. You will power their growth. Your responsibilities include: · Local marketing campaigns · B2B and B2C outreach · Lead generation and qualification · CRM management and pipeline development · Sales coordination for subscriptions, services, and contracts · Supporting operators with traction-building strategies · Joint consulting on operations, branding, and customer experience · Ensuring a steady flow of customers to ISSINE partner locations 5. Launch Contracts & Revenue Streams Help activate and grow contracts for: · Franchisees · Retailers · Wholesalers · Fleets · Strategic sponsors · Service partners Each activation contributes to your commission earnings. 6. Operate With Founder-Level Autonomy · Lead your territory with autonomy and initiative. · Represent ISSINE with professionalism and strategic insight. · Coordinate closely with DIEL leadership to scale your market.
