About the position
Responsibilities
• Complete 5, 5-month rotations on different teams over the course of the program.
• Work directly with leaders across several internal business functions.
• Participate in hands-on experiences in various areas such as Special Order, Merchandising, Account Solutions, Marketing, and Inside Sales.
• Build strong working relationships with peers and leaders.
• Contribute to the success of the team and organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or related field
• Desire to excel and build a career in SPP
• Flexibility
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Project management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
