Senior Finance Analyst, Transfer Pricing
About the position
Responsibilities
• Corresponds with operating companies, participates in fact-finding interviews, explains data requests, manages analytical projects, and prepares write ups.
• The Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst also corresponds, and to a certain extent, directs external consultants, ensuring smooth project flow and quality information provided to external advisers
• Pulling and analyzing data from various internal and external databases, manages analytical projects, and prepares summaries
• Works with other team members on transfer pricing projects across a variety of topics related to transfer pricing planning projects, compliance, and audit defense work
• Researches questions related to transfer pricing
• The position supports the team’s (Senior) Manager(s) and (Associate) Director(s)
Requirements
• Advanced degree in economics, finance, tax, business management, accounting, or related field
• 2 years of transfer pricing experience
• Experience in financial statement analysis and proficiency in Excel
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently as well as in teams
Nice-to-haves
• Proficiency in data queries, data management, data analysis tools such as Alteryx, accounting systems, and other data sources will be seen as a plus
