Partner Manager – Private Equity/Venture Capital
Job Description:
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms.
• Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners.
• Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth.
• Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables.
• Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits.
• Train and enable partners, building a high level of awareness on our tech-enabled solutions and future developments.
• Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years of experience in a partnership or channel management role
• A strong understanding of the private equity and venture capital landscape, with a well-established network.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities.
• An active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
• Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization.
• Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented.
