Staff Product Manager – AI
Job Description:

• We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to launch AI-powered features that transform the patient experience.
• This role will explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care – always in partnership with their human therapist.
• Day-to-day, you’ll partner with clinicians, designers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and test AI solutions with patients, always ensuring clinical standards are met.
• Your work will explore how cutting-edge technology enhances human care, with the goal of making it easier for patients to engage meaningfully with their therapy journey.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in lead-level roles building user-facing AI features.
• Strong execution and delivery skills: ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in ambiguous 0 → 1 environments.
• Successfully led the development and launch of 0 → 1 products and had those products achieve significant adoption and engagement
• Excellent communication skills, especially in translating clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks
• Experience managing highly cross-functional teams that include subject-matter experts and clinical leadership
• Ability to summarize tradeoffs and make clear decisions in ambiguous situations
