Senior Manager, Demand Generation Enablement, B2B Center of Excellence
About the position
Responsibilities
• Enable Campaign Excellence: Lead the creation and rollout of scalable frameworks, templates, and best practices for integrated demand generation programs and paid media.
• Drive Sales & Marketing Alignment: Support the development and refinement of SLAs, lead scoring models, routing processes, and shared performance metrics.
• Ensure GTM frameworks and playbooks align on measurement best practices and are consistently applied on campaign activation, capture learnings to share across regions and functions, and COE
• Advance ABM Practices: Help define and enable scalable ABM models, partnering with regions and LOB teams to align tools, tactics, and content strategy.
• Partner on Martech Integration: Collaborate with marketing ops and technology teams to ensure tools (e.g., Eloqua, Demandbase) support scalable, insights-driven demand gen.
• Operationalize, Document, and rollout Frameworks: Maintain campaign playbooks, dashboards, and planning resources, track adoption and evolve based on feedback.
• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Manage tiger teams or pilots that test and refine new campaign, AI, martech, or funnel practices before scaling across the org.
• Coach & Enable Teams: Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative resource to regional marketers, campaign managers, and BDRs.
• Model CoE Principles: Work transparently, scale what works, include the right voices, and enable execution and communication across the organization.
Requirements
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• 9–10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, marketing ops, or campaign enablement
• Strong understanding of lead management, campaign performance measurement, and ABM frameworks
• Curiosity and passion to adopt and integrate AI initiatives across GTM motions and continually revisit process efficiency
• Familiarity with martech platforms like Eloqua, MS Dynamics CRM, or Demandbase
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills
• Experience creating scalable toolkits, dashboards, or frameworks to support marketers
• Ability to mentor others and operate independently with minimal supervision
