Job Description All qualified candidates MUST reside in the State of California to be considered. Abramson Labor Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Class Action Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage a docket of active class action cases from inception to resolution. • Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail. • Conduct written discovery and deposition discovery to build strong cases. • Communicate effectively with clients and potential clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process. • Perform thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making. • Work closely with other members of the Class Action Department to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience in employment law class action litigation. • Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code and its application in employment law cases. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
