Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist for Skincare Brand - WAITLIST & VIP CONVERSION CAMPAIGN
I’m looking to hire a Facebook/Meta Ads expert to help scale paid traffic for my skincare brand’s upcoming limited drop launch. Our goal is to drive email/SMS waitlist signups (900+ goal) and convert 50–100 VIP reservations through an optional checkout upsell.
The launch window is time-sensitive, we have 3 weeks before our drop, so execution, speed, and optimization is crucial.
What I need from you
- Set up, manage & optimize Facebook/Meta ads for lead generation and VIP conversions
- Help refine targeting, creatives, angles, audiences
- Run weekly optimization and daily monitoring during launch period
- Improve and scale ads based on metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, etc.)
- Provide recommendations on creatives/landing page testing if needed
- Communicate clearly with progress updates
Project Goals

Budget
- Ad Spend Budget: $2.5K–$2.9K for 3 weeks
- Payment: Fixed fee to start (to discuss scope & deliverables)
- Open to further compensation/performance discussion after initial engagement
Ideal Candidate
- Experience running Facebook/Meta ads for eCommerce or beauty/skincare brands
- Strong understanding of lead funnels + conversion optimization
- Can move fast, available to start ASAP
- Can hop on a quick Zoom/Google Meet for alignment
