About the position
Responsibilities
• Represent clients in immigration matters, including removal defense and family-based immigration cases.
• Conduct consultations and provide legal advice to clients seeking immigration assistance.
• Advocate for clients in front of immigration authorities and courts.
• Assist clients in applying for political asylum and other forms of relief from deportation.
• Help reunite families and support individuals in achieving their immigration goals.
Requirements
• Must have a valid U.S. license to practice law, regardless of jurisdiction.
• Strong desire to help individuals and families change their lives through immigration law.
• Commitment to excellence, honesty, and ethical practice in legal work.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of immigration law.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Fluency in other languages may be beneficial for client outreach.
