Attorney for USPTO Trademark, copyrights, patent application, experience with e-commerce
Hi there, I'm looking for a lawyer to assist my clients with USPTO Trademark Application.
Scope:
1. Trademark Application with USPTO for e-commerce brands, mostly in fashion or consumer goods. TMs are mostly for brands and designs.
2. Assist my clients if they are sued for TM-related issues by other sellers
3. File patents with USPTO
Requirements:
1. Experience with TM application for E-commerce (better if you're familiar with POD, Dropshipping, AMZ, AMZ FBA) is a plus
2. Reasonable fees: we have quite a lot of clients, so you'll get the Volume
3. Straightforward process and pricing, simple, clear explanations when advising
