Paralegal / Legal Assistant Needed for LLC Formation + Dissolution (Freelance)
Description:
I am seeking an experienced, reliable paralegal or legal assistant to help with two separate tasks:
1. Create a new LLC
— Prepare and file all formation documents
— Assist with EIN, Operating Agreement, and compliance steps
— Familiarity with New York requirements (including publication) is a plus
2. Dissolve an existing LLC
— Prepare dissolution documents
— Manage filings and any required notices
— Ensure clear and organized documentation for my accountant and attorney
You do not need to handle both tasks—I'm open to hiring two different people, one for each.
What matters is strong organization, clarity, and experience with legal filings.
You should be:
Detail-oriented and proactive
Experienced with LLC filings or paralegal/legal admin work
Comfortable using Google Suite + AI tools to speed up drafting
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
