Job Description: Raritan Valley Community College is seeking Part-Time, Adjunct Instructors to teach Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) lectures and labs starting Fall 2025 with the possibility of teaching additional courses moving forward. The MLT courses will provide entry-level clinical laboratory experiences in the areas of Microbiology and Immunohematology. The instructor assures compliance with college policy, program policy, and accrediting agency procedures. All positions are located on RVCC's Main Campus in Branchburg, NJ. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in related field. Two years of prior teaching experience. Two years of clinical experience. Must be a clinical laboratory scientist / medical technologist holding a current nationally recognized certification (ASCP or former NCA/AMT). Must demonstrate adequate knowledge and proficiency in their content areas and evidence of certification maintenance e.g. Credential Maintenance Program (CMP) if applicable. Faculty must engage in continuing education to maintain professional certification. Preferred Qualifications: Prior college teaching experience.
