• Engage with Customer Support Managers to address inquiries and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and adhere to compliance standards
Required Qualifications
• 1 - 3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles
• Experience with Oracle systems for data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google applications
• Ability to type 25-30 words per minute with high accuracy
• Strong ability to verify and maintain data accuracy
