State Licensed Pharmacy Technician Manager
A company is looking for a Clinical Manager, Prior Authorization Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team of pharmacy technicians in the prior authorization process
• Analyze data to recommend staffing and workflow enhancements
• Generate reports on technician metrics for stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• 4+ years of PBM or Managed Care pharmacy experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong clinical background required
