Salesforce Administrator - Data & Automation
Location: St. Louis, MO (Remote, WFH)
Reports to: Director of Integration
Overview
This role focuses on optimizing the Salesforce platform through strong data management, automation, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is experienced in flows, validation rules, and maintaining data integrity to support business operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain flows, process builders, and automation tools
• Manage data quality: deduplication, validation, enrichment, and cleanup
• Build scalable solutions to reduce manual work and improve system efficiency
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support reporting and dashboard creation for leadership and business units
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Strong skills in Flow Builder, Data Loader, and automation tools
• Experience with data governance and business process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
