• Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, from software engineers to data scientists, DevOps, and more
• Strong ATS experience and the ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with high-quality candidates
