[Remote] Technical Writer - Documentation & Localization (Remote )

They are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation that supports their products and customers, collaborating with developers and subject matter experts. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain technical product documentation, including help files, technical articles, and white papers • Collaborate with development teams to create and update UI text, documentation, and blog content in line with company and department standards • Review user interfaces for usability and clarity • Research and translate technical information into user-friendly terminology • Create and publish video tutorials to explain complex concepts • Proofread and provide editorial guidance for technical white papers • Adhere to company policies and procedures Skills • Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in software or technology environments • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Experience with video creation tools is a plus • Knowledge of UI/UX principles • Experience working with Agile development teams • Experience in a Docs-as-code environment, specifically with Hugo and Redocly • Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, Restructured Text, or other markup languages • Understanding of SEO and content accessibility best practices Benefits • Competitive salary • Remote-first flexibility: Work from anywhere in Europe (or hybrid in available offices). • Development Budget: Annual personal growth allowance. • Learning Support: Udemy subscription & peer learning. • Public Transport & Meal Vouchers: Location-dependent benefits. • Paid Time Off: 20+ days of annual leave. • Team Culture: Regular team and on-site company events.
