[Remote] SR Infrastructure Automation Engineer

In this role, you will utilize infrastructure-as-code tools such as Chef and Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning processes and assist in the development of an automated server provisioning pipeline. Responsibilities • Develop infrastructure automation capabilities with IaC tools such as Chef and Terraform • Support and enhance existing scripts and automation with python, go, ruby, and/or bash. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Contribute to the testing and validation of new technologies • Assist in the transition between on-premise and public cloud datacenter environments • Thoroughly document new and existing processes • Relentlessly pursue standardization and improvement Skills • 5-7 years experience with Chef, Java, Ruby • 5-7 years experience with Windows Server OS • 5-7 years experience with Oracle Linux • Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and networking • Knowledge of server hardware components • US citizenship is necessary due to a contractual clearance requirement Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinion • Short term disability and long term disability • Life insurance and AD&D • Supplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child) • Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts • Pre-tax commuter and parking benefits • 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
