Remote B2B Sales Representative (Commission + Residual Income)
Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join FindACarrier, a live freight-carrier intelligence platform that connects logistics, insurance, and trucking companies with verified carriers across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
About FindACarrier:
We already have a partnership that provides our platform with strong industry validation. Our growing database includes over 150,000 active carriers, with new leads added daily.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients—primarily insurance agencies and trucking sales companies—to introduce them to FindACarrier’s subscription service and close new accounts.
Compensation & Incentives:
• 50% commission on the first month’s subscription from every new client.
• 10% residual commission every month the client stays active.
• Uncapped earning potential — the more accounts you bring in, the more you earn.
Responsibilities:
• Cold call, email, and prospect qualified leads using our verified carrier data.
• Clearly communicate the value and ROI of FindACarrier’s subscription.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsells.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally within logistics, insurance, or transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach.

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
