Job Overview Remote CSR offers opportunities for individuals who are interested in working remotely. What to Expect On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to participate in the following activities: • This is a bilingual opportunity for English/Spanish speakers. Agents will need to speak Spanish fluently and pass an assessment in Spanish • Responding to general inquiries • Describing the booking options • Explaining the billing process and options • Accepting and processing requests for information materials • Researching and resolving customer complaints • Billing clarification questions • Transferring calls to Post Client Customer Service when required This is a 1099 Independent Contracting Position. Training and production is 100% online. Maintaining an excellent work ethic and compliance is essential for longevity with this wonderful opportunity. It is important that you are willing to learn new skills to succeed as a remote contractor. Our virtual teams select the client they would like to service and create their own work schedules. • Successfully pass a background check and drug screening • Have a quiet space in your home to take incoming calls.
