Marketing & Branding Designer Needed for Home Services Company

This includes both commercial and residential marketing assets. I need someone who can take my existing brand (logo, colors, style) and produce consistent, high-quality deliverables that look modern, clean, and trustworthy. Scope of Work 1. Marketing Materials for Commercial Clients Flyers for property managers, HOAs, hotels, apartment complexes, and small businesses One-page capability sheets Full vendor packet Membership plan packet for commercial maintenance programs Service menus (PDF + print-ready) 2. Marketing Materials for Residential Clients Membership plan brochure (multiple tiers) “Welcome Packet” for new members Seasonal service flyers Neighborhood mailers / EDDM templates Postcards for promotions Door hangers 3. Brand Identity & Essentials Business cards Letterhead Email signature templates Presentation templates (Google Slides / PowerPoint) Social media post templates (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business) Website graphic assets / icons (optional but preferred) 4. General Requirements All designs must match existing brand identity (logo, colors, tone). Canva-editable versions required for ongoing use. Print-ready files (PDF, CMYK, proper bleeds). Delivery in organized folders with clear labeling. Ability to communicate and revise quickly. Long-term ongoing work available if the fit is good.
