[Remote] Business Consultant, Analytics and Quality

The Business Consultant will own customer business cases, lead change management initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of NiCE's analytics and quality solutions. Responsibilities • Deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements, client satisfaction, and successful adoption of NiCE solutions. • Develop and execute business cases and value realization plans, aligning solution design, launch strategies, and success criteria with organizational priorities. • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, securing executive sponsorship and cross-functional buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide expert advisory and project management, including financial analysis, ROI modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Ensure program alignment and accountability, serving as the primary communication point and driving execution across consulting and implementation teams. • Drive repeat business through successful delivery, thought leadership, and credibility in advisory services. Skills • Strong mix of consulting and operations experience • Experience in Contact Center/CCaaS Analytics and Quality program transformations • Unique blend of business, subject matter expertise, and technical savvy • Ability to influence cross-functional teams with or without formal 'direct-line' authority • Experience working within a matrixed organization • Best practice guidance to optimize business processes • Design change strategy across people, process & technology • Consulting program leader experience • Ability to create and own the business case for multi-tiered customer offerings • Experience leading multi-product projects • Build long-term relationships with customers • Individual accountability toward assurance of customer value realization • Identify opportunities for additional engagements through service subscription renewals and business development • Deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements • Develop and execute business cases and value realization plans • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement • Provide expert advisory and project management • Ensure program alignment and accountability • Drive repeat business through successful delivery and thought leadership Company Overview • NiCE is transforming the world with AI that puts people first.
