Position Title: Corporate Associate Attorney (Capital Markets and Public Companies)
Location: Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Washington, D.C.
Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000
About the Opportunity
• We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with over three (3+) of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. offices.
• Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings.
• Also, experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred.
