Senior Manager, CRM Strategy
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing programs to drive customer retention
• Develop customer journeys and segmentation strategies for personalized communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with brand goals and customer insights
Required Qualifications
• 6-8+ years of CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience in DTC, preferably in beauty or consumer goods
• Proven success in driving retention and revenue through email/SMS programs
• Familiarity with ESPs (Klaviyo) and SMS platforms (Postscript)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience
• Creative thinker with experience in retention marketing campaigns
