Solutions Architect – GCP, Conversational AI
Job Description:
• Design end-to-end GCP-based architectures for conversational platforms, data flows, and integrations.
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to Tech Leads and Delivery Teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, Product Innovation Leads, and Conversation Analysts to define intents, flows, and user stories.
• Implement analytics and feedback loops to improve chatbot accuracy and user experience.
• Stay current with GCP advancements, Dialogflow CX updates, and emerging agentic AI trends; propose enhancements to architecture and delivery models.
• Establish a repeatable architecture framework to support multiple lines of business as demand grows.
Requirements:
• 3+ years designing and implementing cloud-based architectures (GCP preferred).
• Strong background in data engineering, ML integration, and API design; proven experience with Conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow or similar).
• Ability to lead technical pods and scale solutions across multiple business units.
• Expertise in Google Cloud AI/ML services and Dialogflow CX.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and conversational design best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
