[Remote] SaaS Onboarding Manager

They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers successfully onboard and understand how to use their platform.
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, ensuring businesses are successfully set up and fully understand our software
• Follow a structured onboarding process to guide businesses step by step
• Educate customers on how to use Kintsugi, troubleshoot initial setup issues, and proactively address common questions
• Track onboarding progress and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to ongoing usage
• Gather customer feedback to refine onboarding strategies and improve user adoption
• Maintain clear documentation and resources for onboarding best practices
Skills
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or similar
• Strong communication and customer service skills—comfortable guiding customers and answering their questions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while following a structured process
• Experience with SaaS platforms or technical onboarding processes is a plus, especially in the sales tax solutions area
