Digital Strategy Consultant
A company is looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant / Business Analyst / Journey Expert.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business priorities into journey maps, epics, and actionable digital use cases
• Define measurable KPIs, success metrics, and value frameworks for program decisions
• Develop detailed requirement documents and support cross-functional program alignment
Required Qualifications
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Experience in translating business goals into technical requirements and data-driven use cases
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to interpret data schemas and define success metrics
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders
