Recruiter, Candidate Sourcer
Job Description:
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and other platforms
• Conduct 10–15 phone/Zoom interviews per day
• Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify them
• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain records
• Review resumes, manage scheduling, and handle email communication
Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruiting / sourcing
• Fluent English & strong communication skills
• Comfortable on video for Zoom interviews
• Must have a strong, professional LinkedIn profile
• Able to cold call candidates confidently
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
• Full-time availability (occasional weekends)
