Channel Sales Consultant (Remote)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Understand & communicate benefits outsourcing strategy including industry trends, plan design, consumer benefits, benefits administration, and SaaS platform solutions
• Work with sales operations to ensure we are leveraging the right data and derived insights to define market opportunity
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
• Identify and travel to marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working in a channel sales role
• Knowledge of sales promotion techniques
• Proven ability to persuade and influence others consistently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Travel required
• Relationship building experience necessary
Nice-to-haves
• Preference for someone who has experience working for or with top 10 brokerage houses
