We are a rapidly scaling national telemedicine organization delivering innovative, evidence-based mental health and wellness care — including psychiatry, at-home ketamine therapy, GLP-1 weight programs, peptide therapy, and hormone health across 30+ states.
We recently acquired a women’s hormone and longevity clinic and are expanding our clinical team, provider network, and compliance infrastructure. To support this growth, we are hiring a Healthcare HR Coordinator who is organized, compassionate, detail-driven, and highly professional.

ROLE SUMMARY
You will play a key role in helping us scale our clinical and support teams by managing HR operations, recruiting, compliance, onboarding, documentation, and credentialing.
This role requires:

✨ WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Healthcare HR & Compliance
Maintain provider compliance: credentialing, licensing, audits, renewals
Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and multi-state labor standards
Organize and maintain all HR documentation and secure personnel files
Support policy and SOP development during our expansion phase
Overall compliance and filing documents
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Recruit NPs, PAs, MDs, therapists, care coordinators, and admin roles
Source, screen, and interview candidates with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding workflows
Help build a culture of patient-centered, mission-driven care
Onboarding & Operations
Set up new hires across HRIS and credentialing platforms
Coordinate orientations and clinical training schedules
Track renewals, expirations, certifications, and compliance milestones
Keep communication flowing clearly and consistently across teams
Administrative & Internal Support
Inbox, scheduling, calendar coordination
Structured internal communication (compliance reminders, updates, notices)
Document prep, file organization, HR reporting
Support leadership with operational clarity and HR visibility
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You must have:
Healthcare HR experience (mental health, women’s health, or telemedicine strongly preferred)
Understanding of HIPAA, credentialing, license tracking, compliance
Experience interviewing and recruiting clinical roles
Clear, neutral accent and polished verbal communication
Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
Familiarity with: Google Workspace, Zoom, ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn sourcing, Slack, Calendly
NICE-TO-HAVE
Psychology or healthcare background
Experience with provider onboarding across multiple states
Experience supporting high-volume growth environments
Ability to create SOPs, process docs, and clear communication templates
