Job Overview We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role involves developing engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and support digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop and curate compelling multimedia content including images, videos, and written posts tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Manage social media calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for designing graphics and editing videos that align with branding guidelines. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy. • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility. • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and engagement metrics. • Engage with followers through relationship management strategies, responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally. • Collaborate with public relations teams to craft messaging that supports branding efforts and enhances public perception. • Assist in planning Facebook advertising campaigns to boost reach and engagement. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before publication. • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media marketing, video editing, photography, e-commerce integration, and web analytics. Experience • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of content creation projects. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools. • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer. • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools. • Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, and branding is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of social listening techniques and relationship management within digital communities. • Ability to analyze data insights to refine content strategies effectively.
