About Us
We are a Connecticut-based electrical services contractor specializing in commercial and industrial environments. Our team delivers high-quality electrical safety and reliability solutions including Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, Electrical Maintenance Programs (EMP), Infrared Thermography, and compliance-driven electrical services.
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to help execute and manage our ongoing marketing initiatives, develop new content, and drive measurable growth through digital channels.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong B2B marketing experience who can plan, create, and execute content that builds brand authority, supports sales efforts, and strengthens our digital presence. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth and sales leadership to manage marketing campaigns, content calendars, and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
Content & SEO
- Write and edit blog posts aligned with SEO strategy and keyword best practices
- Build and manage an ongoing content calendar to improve visibility and domain authority
- Optimize existing website content for search and conversion performance
Social Media
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn posting strategy focused on brand awareness and thought leadership
- Create and schedule posts, and engage with relevant industry content to increase reach
Sales Enablement & Collateral
- Produce professional content for sales teams including case studies, one-pagers, and presentations
- Support the creation of proposals, slide decks, and other customer-facing materials
Email Marketing
- Manage and execute HubSpot email campaigns
- Build nurture sequences and segment lists to improve engagement and lead quality
Secondary Responsibilities
- Campaigns & Events
- Support industry event preparation (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
- Create and manage landing pages in HubSpot or WordPress
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs including reach, engagement, and lead metrics
- Provide insight into campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
Executive Support
- Assist the CEO with presentation design and light marketing support needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in professional services, construction, or industrial sectors
- Strong writing and content strategy skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity with WordPress for basic edits and content updates
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush preferred)
- Experience using a project management tool (Asana, Notion, etc.). Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and reporting discipline
Bonus Skills
- Graphic design or Canva experience
Role Details
Type: Part-time, remote (approx. 15–25 hours/week)
Location: Remote (U.S. or offshore with U.S. time zone overlap)
