AAA is looking for motivated individuals that are forward thinking, problem solvers who can wow our Members with their personalities, while critically thinking of unique, member-oriented solutions. Remote Membership Sales & Service Associate • Starting Pay: $17.50/hourly with holiday and bilingual differentials • Bonus: Monthly tiered bonuses based on transactions, up to a minimum bonus of $1,350 (pre-tax) when Tier 3 is achieved • Full Time - 40 hours a week • Shifts: Shifts start as early as 8 AM and end as late as 10 PM. We are open 7 days a week, so shifts may include working weekends. You will pick your shift at the time you are offered the position. • Training Information: Training is paid. Training hours are 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday for 8 weeks. Our purpose is to serve our Members by providing outstanding experiences and ensuring they are covered for life’s unexpected events. What you will do: • Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day • Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures • Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches • Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment • Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions What you will need: • Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication • A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction • A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections • You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment.
