Content Operations Manager
About the Role
Were building a world-class content engine and need a systems-driven operator to run it. Youll manage the end-to-end publishing workflow for videos, blogs, emails, and social media postsensuring every piece of content is delivered on brand, on time, and at scale.
Were looking for an A-playersomeone who brings their own best practices, not someone who needs to be taught. Youll help elevate our systems, streamline processes, and lead with experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain the content calendar for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, blog, and email.
• Convert transcripts and outlines into AI-assisted written content (using tools like ChatGPT or Claude) and refine for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Format and publish content across platforms: WordPress, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Design carousels, graphics, and thumbnails in Canva using brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain the brand kit and Canva templates for internal use.
• Duplicate and update funnels, emails, and automations in GoHighLevel using existing SOPs.
• Track engagement and conversion data weekly and compile insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Video Editor and Paid Growth Manager to align content and campaigns.
• Continuously refine SOPs and workflows for speed and efficiency.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or operations.
• Strong understanding of publishing tools (WordPress, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).
• Skilled in Canva with experience maintaining brand systems and templates.
• Comfortable using and refining AI tools for content generation (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Metricool, GoHighLevel) preferred.
• Must be able to work U.S. hours and communicate fluently in English (written & spoken).
• Proactive and independentable to lead without being micromanaged.

• 100% of scheduled content published on time and error-free.
• Consistent week-over-week engagement growth across all platforms.
• Clean, accurate, and timely weekly reporting.
• Improved system efficiency through SOP updates.
