SAP Success Factors Consultant (US citizen)
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant who can provide on-demand (ad-hoc) support for Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0). The consultant will troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, support HR teams, and ensure smooth onboarding operations within the SuccessFactors environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide ad-hoc / on-demand support for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues related to workflows, tasks, permissions, notifications, forms, and integrations
• Perform small configuration changes in ONB 2.0 as needed
• Support HR and recruitment teams with daily onboarding activities
• Assist with new-hire data flow between ONB 2.0 and Employee Central
• Update onboarding tasks, transitions, and email templates
• Ensure compliance with onboarding process and system updates
• Coordinate with internal IT or SAP support teams when required
• Prepare simple reports or ad-hoc documentation when needed
Required Skills
• 2–5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on expertise in Onboarding 2.0
• Good understanding of RBP (Role-Based Permissions), MDF objects, and EC data model
• Ability to diagnose and resolve ONB 2.0 workflow issues
• Experience with Recruiting → ONB → EC data flow
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in an ad-hoc support model
