About Barti Barti is a venture-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize eye care. About the Role As an Account Executive at Barti, you’ll own the full sales cycle and operate within a growing six-person sales team. You’ll work a balanced pipeline with a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities and should feel confident carrying a $600K annual quota. You’ll join a collaborative SMB sales team that supports each other’s success and spend your time selling directly to eye care clinicians. You’ll also work closely with our Co-Founder and CEO, who stays actively involved with the sales team and broader go-to-market strategy. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys full-cycle selling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants meaningful ownership and room to grow. What You’ll Do • Build and manage your own book of business across both inbound and outbound opportunities • Run full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close • Lead thoughtful conversations with eye care clinicians to understand their challenges and show how Barti improves their workflow • Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and refine messaging • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting • Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and customer success to share feedback and strengthen our sales motion • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing learnings and supporting teammates Represent Barti at industry conferences a few times per year Minimum Qualifications • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive experience • Experience selling into SMB markets • Strong communicator who can run effective discovery and deliver clear, compelling demos • Consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota • Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment • Positive, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly with prospects • Strong written and presentation skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare or health tech • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or eye care workflows • Background in consultative or solution-based selling • Interest in helping build sales processes, playbooks, and early-stage GTM foundations Perks & Benefits • Be part of a mission-driven, rapidly scaling company changing the future of eye care • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. • Collaborate with a passionate, fun, and supportive team • Competitive salary: $60,000 base salary + $60,000 commission for AE role • Equity in a fast-growing startup • Health, vision, and dental benefits • Unlimited PTO • Annual professional development stipend • A high-impact role with plenty of room for growth, ownership, and creativity Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
